Celote added to my growth in the Transport Sector. I will say it contributed to my upgrade as a CMCILT. I never know the importance of having CILT certificate I did at CELOTE until when I went for an interview, I applied for the post of operations manager at a logistics company and the first question was which certification did you have, I said CILT one of the interviewer said that’s good let’s move to the next stage you are done with the first stage. At the end I and one other person got the job. When I resumed I later heard that the major requirements was to have a certification in Supply chain and Logistics
