Francis Abumere Ehiguese, B.Sc. M.Sc. MBA, FCILT- Director, Governing Council

Mr. Ehiguese is the Principal Partner of Grand Vision Consult (GVC) and Director, Governing Council of the Centre for Logistics and Transport Education (CELOTE). Before joining GVC he worked with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) as National Executive Director/CEO, Ehiguese Victorious Limited as Managing Director, a produce and oil haulage company and CASS International Limited, a Superintending/Stevedoring Company as General Manager. His areas of core competence are in Human Capital Development, Transport Policy and Planning and Event Management. He has flair for transport policy development, transportation planning, development and implementation of training and conference packages, professional education curriculum development and local and international events management.

AS a seasoned professional Mr. Ehiguese is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and Foundation Member and Fellow of Transport Society of Nigeria (TSN) He is also a Full Member, Institute of Export of Nigeria, Member, Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD) and Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management respectively.

Ehiguese holds a B.A in Public Administration (Ambrose Alli University), PGD and M.Sc. in Transport Studies (Ogun State University) and MBA in Maritime Management Technology (Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). He also possesses Final Diploma in Export Practice and Management (Ogun state university), Advanced Diploma in Export and Petroleum Management (Yaba Tech.). With over 35 years in practice as a seasoned Practitioner, Mr. Ehiguese has acquired vast work experience in many areas of the logistics and transport industry. These are in Automobile Engineering Practice; Road and Marine Haulage services, Consultancy Services; Human Capacity Development; transport policy and planning, Training Programmes design, development and implementation.

As a road safety expert, he designed and produced the Road User-Friendly Game (RUF Game), a board game on road traffic education. The game is currently in use in Lagos and other places.
