Francis Abumere Ehiguese, B.Sc. M.Sc. MBA, FCILT – Director, Governing Council
Mr. Ehiguese is the Principal Partner of Grand Vision Consult (GVC) and Director, Governing Council of the Centre for Logistics and Transport Education (CELOTE). Before joining GVC he worked with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) as National Executive Director/CEO, Ehiguese Victorious Limited as Managing Director, a produce and oil haulage company and CASS International Limited, a Superintending/Stevedoring Company as General Manager.

His areas of core competence are in Human Capital Development, Transport Policy and Planning and Event Management. He has flair for transport policy development, transportation planning, development and implementation of training and conference packages, professional education curriculum development and local and international events management.

AS a seasoned professional Mr. Ehiguese is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and Foundation Member and Fellow of Transport Society of Nigeria (TSN) He is also a Full Member, Institute of Export of Nigeria, Member, Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD) and Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management respectively.

Ehiguese holds a B.A in Public Administration (Ambrose Alli University), PGD and M.Sc. in Transport Studies (Ogun State University) and MBA in Maritime Management Technology (Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). He also possesses Final Diploma in Export Practice and Management (Ogun state university), Advanced Diploma in Export and Petroleum Management (Yaba Tech.). With over 35 years in practice as a seasoned Practitioner, Mr. Ehiguese has acquired vast work experience in many areas of the logistics and transport industry. These are in Automobile Engineering Practice; Road and Marine Haulage services, Consultancy Services; Human Capacity Development; transport policy and planning, Training Programmes design, development and implementation.
As a road safety expert, he designed and produced the Road User-Friendly Game (RUF Game), a board game on road traffic education. The game is currently in use in Lagos and other places.

Barr Emmanuel O.N Uche – B.Sc. LLB, LLM: Council Member/Legal Adviser/Member Governing Council/Legal Adviser.
Barr. Emmanuel Uche attended the University of Ibadan 1974-1977 and 1979/19100 and obtained B.Sc (Hons.) and M.Sc. in sociology and industrial sociology respectively. He attended the University of Lagos between 19100/1983 and obtained an LL.B (Hons.) degree and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1984. He worked at the Industrial Arbitration Panel – a Federal Government parastatal from 1985 – 2008 as Assistant Chief Registrar and rose to the post of Deputy Chief Registrar, and acting Chief Registrar of the Panel.

In the Industrial Arbitration Panel, Mr. Uche was head of Litigation, Head of Administration and Accounting Officer. As Head of Litigation and the only lawyer in the panel for over 7 years, Mr. Uche Handled all litigation matters of the Panel. Mr. Uche is a regular lecturer at the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Nigerian Institute for Management (NIM), Association of Nigerian Arbitrators, SCG consulting, etc. He currently practices law. His areas of specialty include Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, including Mediation and Conciliation; Human Relations at Workplace, Employer-Employee Contracts, Tasks and Target Settings etc.

Barr Stella Amedu- B.Sc, LLB, BL, MILD: Managing Partner
Barrister Stella possesses a Master in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos University in1996; BL, LLB and a B.Sc in Political Science from the University of Ibadan in 1986 and 2002 respectively. She was got her BL in 2004 (Called to Bar). She is the Secretary of African Women Lawyers Association, Secretary of Women In logistics and Transport, Nigeria and Chartered member, Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).

Her work experience spans over 21 years as follows: National Youth Service Corps (First Bank of Nigeria) 1986-1987; Asst & Senior Asst Registrar, Joint Admission and matriculation Board (JAMB); Senior Registrar, University of Lagos, 1991-1998; Manager and then later an Administrator with Management Science.
Stella lectured on Law of Business Carriage and Customer Care & Service Quality with the NITT/Grand Vision Consult at the PGD programme in Ports and Shipping Management from 2007 – 2009.

She is now a Private Law Practitioner and Coordinator of professional programmes in Logistics and Transport.

Isekialuona Gabriel. Ehimare – Project Manager
Gabriel holds a B.sc in Economics of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, PGD in Education and a Master Degree (in view) in School Administration and Planning, University of Calabar.

He had his National Youth Service Corps with ERCC Secondary School, Nasarawa State from 1999 – 2000; Employed as a Teacher where he rose to the post of Vice Principal, Academics in 2003 and later became Vice Principal Administration in 2005 to September 2011.

Gabriel worked with Grand Logistics and Transport Limited from November 2011 to June 2012 as Project Manager, a position he is currently holding at the CELOTE

He is happily married. His hobbies include reading, intellectual discussion, travelling and teaching.

Sandra. Iguehi Ogbeta- Public Relationship Officer
Sandra graduated with B.Sc (Second Class Upper) in Transport Planning and Management from Olabisi Onabanjo University (O.O.U). She also possesses Diploma in General Management (O.O.U), Professional Certificate in Freight Forwarding (Nigeria Institute of Transport Technology (NITT) and International Advanced Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).

She is computer and ICT compliant & highly skilled in the area of marketing, administration and customer care services.

Adimchinobi Gift Ogbu – Project Officer
Adimchinobi graduated with B.Sc. (Second Class Upper) in Computer Science from the University of Benin (Uniben), He also has a National Diploma (Upper Credit) in Computer Engineering Technology from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State.

He is very skillful in computer programming, networking, hardware repairs and online researches.
